Life is full of unknowns, and unexpected events can occur at the drop of a dime, altering our lives in a variety of ways. As a Foster Parent, when unexpected events happen, you are contractually required to report these changes to your Resource Social Worker. Sometimes these occurrences are positive, and sometimes they are negative.
